Custom Products

All window treatments from Zorvexalvit are custom-made to your specifications in the United States, including window measurements, fabric selection, and style preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our custom blinds and curtains, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Each custom window treatment is manufactured specifically for your windows and cannot be resold to other customers.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if we made an error in production, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:

  • Inspect the product to confirm the defect or error
  • Offer to repair the product at no cost to you
  • Replace the product if repair is not possible
  • Provide a full refund if neither repair nor replacement is feasible

Measurement Errors

We take great care in measuring your windows accurately during our in-home consultations in New York and other US locations. If you believe there was an error in our measurements that resulted in an ill-fitting custom blind or curtain, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Verify the measurements taken during our consultation at your US address
  • If an error is confirmed on our part, we will remake the custom window treatment at no additional cost
  • If measurements were provided by you and confirmed, we cannot offer a return or refund for custom-made products
  • Coordinate a new installation appointment if a remake is necessary

Damaged Products

If your custom blinds or curtains arrive damaged due to shipping or handling during transit to your New York or other US location, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for inspection of the damaged custom window treatment and either repair or replace the damaged item at no cost to you. All custom window treatments are manufactured in the United States and shipped with appropriate packaging to protect your custom blinds or curtains during transit.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our products manufactured specifically for your windows in the United States, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, color preference changes, fabric selection changes, or style modifications after production has begun. Each custom blind or curtain is made to your exact specifications and cannot be resold. We encourage customers in New York and throughout the US to carefully review all fabric samples, style selections, and window measurements during the consultation and design phase before production begins.

Fabric and Style Selection

When selecting fabrics and styles for your custom blinds and curtains, we provide samples and detailed information about each option. Once you have confirmed your fabric and style selections and production has begun in our US manufacturing facility, changes cannot be made. Custom window treatments are cut and sewn specifically for your order, making modifications impossible once production starts. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selections before confirming your order for custom blinds or curtains.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved for your custom window treatment order, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days in accordance with United States consumer protection laws. Refunds will not include shipping costs unless the return is due to our error in manufacturing or measurement for your custom blinds or curtains.

Warranty

All custom blinds and curtains manufactured in the United States come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period and specific terms will be provided with your order confirmation. Warranty claims for custom window treatments must be made within the specified warranty period and are subject to verification of the defect in our US manufacturing process.
